Our front-of-house crew represents the service and overall
hospitality of the café. You should consistently provide excellent
customer service and ensure comfort and satisfaction throughout the
visit. The position requires someone who is a team player,
service-orientated, and passionate about the
industry.
Responsibilities
Offer friendly and efficient service to
customers
Provide menu recommendations to
customers when asked
Process customer orders
via Point-of-Sale (POS) system
Ensure all
items are prepared and served promptly
Assist
with setting and clearing the table for various meal
period
Assist shift manager in planning and
organizing special events
Escalate customers'
feedback to the shift manager
Follow proper
hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and
hygiene standards
Any other duties assigned by
the
manager
Requirements
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the F&B
or Retail industry
Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills
Excellent team player and
friendly individual
High initiative and
positive attitude
Able to multi-task and work
in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work on
weekends and public holidays
5 days work
