Job descriptionDay Shift : 7 : 30 AM – 7 : 30 PM Night Shift : 7 : 30 PM – 7 : 30 AM 4 days per week → ~15 working days / month 2 paid tea breaks + 1-hour lunch per shift Optional overtime for extra earnings Competitive Pay : $2,700 – $3,300 / month (with OT & shift allowance) Daily Shift Allowance : Up to $15 / day (Day) | Up to $25 / day (Night) Rewards : Guaranteed 13th-month + performance bonus (up to 2 months) Time Off : 11 days annual leave + ~15 rest days monthly from shift schedule Convenience : Free shuttle buses from Choa Chu Kang & Joo Koon MRT Everyday Perks : Subsidized meals ($2–$3), PPE provided, clean & air-conditioned facility Growth Path : Transparent advancement opportunities for strong performers

What You’ll Do
- Run the Line : Operate production equipment with accuracy and consistency
- Keep Things Moving : Handle materials, perform basic tooling changes, and routine machine checks
- Protect Quality : Inspect finished batteries to ensure they meet strict standards
- Stay Organized : Maintain records of production output and checks for smooth reporting
- Support the Team : Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to solve production issues
