Roles & Responsibilities
Job Descriptions :
- Coordinate all activities on the construction site to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Track and update project timelines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Ensure that all site workers and personnel comply with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Manage on-site logistics, including materials and equipment delivery and usage.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports.
- Resolve site-related issues and conflicts promptly to prevent delays.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for project managers and stakeholders.
- Monitor and enforce the cleanliness and organisation of the construction site.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
Minimum Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.At least 2-3 years of experience in a site coordination role.Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience in commercial and / or residential construction projects.Tell employers what skills you have
