Position Title : Quantity Surveyor

• Working Location : Tampines

Working

Hours : 5 Days, Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5pm)

Salary Package : Basic Salary + Incentives +

OT + Variable Bonus

Duration : Permanent

Key

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive cost estimates and prepare project

budgets for construction assignments.

Track

and manage expenditure to ensure project costs remain within

approved limits throughout the construction lifecycle.

Negotiate terms and manage contracts with vendors and

subcontractors.

Deliver accurate and timely

financial updates and reports to project leaders and

stakeholders.

Identify cost-saving measures

and strategies to enhance project profitability.

Work closely with project teams to address and resolve

financial or contractual challenges.

Ensure

all activities align with current industry standards and regulatory

requirements.

Diploma in

Quantity Surveying or a relevant discipline.

Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the

construction sector is preferred.

Have

knowledge of contract management, cost estimation, and project

execution practices.

Good analytical thinking

and problem-solving

abilities.
