Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Carry out full-time supervision of construction works as required under BCA regulations and in accordance with the contract and Superintending Officer’s instructions.
• Ensure and monitor work progress and maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Contract Specifications, Drawings, all other contract documents, site instruction, relevant Building Control Acts and Regulations and requirements or regulations imposed by the relevant authorities.
• Prepare daily reports at regular basis and as required by clients.
• Supervise all construction activities and ensure compliance to all plans / drawings, risk assessment and specifications.
• Willing to work on rotation shifts.
• Ensure compliance to all health and safety policies.
