• Produced clear, concise reporting and updates to senior management and key stakeholders to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
• Coordinated implementation efforts, including system testing, process rollouts, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Spearheaded change management efforts—developing communication plans, training materials, and user support strategies.
• Tracked post-launch outcomes and maintained oversight of project performance to ensure sustained business impact and compliance.
