As our Warehouse Executive , you’ll be the guardian of all things spare parts—receiving, storing, packing, and making sure everything is where it should be (and not hiding in a dark corner). You’ll work closely with our Spare Parts Sales team to keep things moving like a well-oiled machine.

What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Superpowers)

• Master of First Impressions : Receive, inspect, and welcome incoming spare parts like VIP guests.
• Packing Ninja : Pick, pack, and prepare parts for delivery with the precision of a sushi chef.
• Warehouse Wizard : Keep the warehouse neat, clean, and organized—because chaos is not your style.
• Stock Whisperer : Monitor inventory levels and replenish before anyone even notices something’s missing.
• Audit Avenger : Perform regular stock checks, especially for those high-value treasures.
• ERP Extraordinaire : Keep our inventory system updated and accurate—because data is king.
• Heavy Lifter (with style) : Load and unload deliveries using the right tools (forklift license = bonus points!).
• Team Player : Coordinate with sales, service, and factory teams like a pro.
• Expiration Detective : Hunt down expired parts and send them to their final resting place.
• Packaging Artist : Prepare boxes and crates so secure they could survive a zombie apocalypse.
• Engineer’s Best Friend : Issue parts for service jobs like a backstage crew at a rock concert.
• Logistics Sidekick : Assist in shipping and occasionally help the sales team save the day.
• People Person : Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers without breaking a sweat.
• All-Rounder : Support the After Sales Manager with any other exciting missions.
