Management Associate

Full Time

Singapore, Kallang

Responsibilities

• Assist C-suite management in overseeing the development of strategic business initiatives

• Aid in the preparation of semi-annual budgets and ad-hoc management reports

• Support business and product development initiatives, including the preparation and presentation of proposals

• Ensure smooth functioning and administration of various management committees

• Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications

• Perform any ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirement

• Academic and/or life experience that indicates an analytical disciplined yet intellectually curious mind.

• An interest in built environment is required

• Ability to plan, execute and deliver complex projects with multiple workstreams and across cultures

• Exceptional analytical, problem solving and presentation/report writing skills, combined with ability to appreciate business dynamics and commercial value drivers;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications such as MS Teams, Power BI, MS Office skills is a prerequisite and ability to build dashboards will be looked upon favourably;

• Self-motivated, willingness to learn and able to work independently

• High proficiency in both verbal and written English is essential
