Job descriptionDiploma in Accountancy or equivalent. At least 4 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts and statutory reporting in the Property / Real Estate Industry. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficient in MS Excel and SAP.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage full sets of accounts and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Prepare cash flow projections and evaluate credit risk.
- Ensure statutory reporting compliance, including GST and corporate tax filing.
- Collaborate with leasing departments, financial auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
