Job Responsibilities
1. Lead, plan,
coordinate, and execute project management works, including
renovation, A&A, infrastructure improvement, and upgrading
projects.
2. Attend and conduct project meetings
with operations teams, clients, consultants, and
contractors.
3. Monitor project progress to
ensure smooth execution and timely
completion.
4. Liaise closely with
sub-contractors, architects, consultants, and authorities to ensure
seamless project execution.
5. Coordinate with
clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful
delivery of projects.
6. Prepare accurate cost
estimates in accordance with client
requirements.
7. Evaluate sub-contractor and
supplier quotations, costs, and invoices.
8.
Provide cash-flow projections and assess contractors' monthly
progressive claims.
9. Ensure timely submission
of variation orders, valuations, and final account
closures.
10. Conduct monthly building
inspections with the team.
11. Ensure compliance
with relevant regulations, codes, and safety
standards.
12. Prepare and present regular
progress updates and reports to
management.
Requirements
1.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Building, Construction,
Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, M&E
Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2-3
years of relevant experience in project management or a related
discipline.
3. Strong skills in project
management, coordination, and stakeholder
engagement.
4. Excellent communication,
leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
