JOB SUMMARY
Key responsibilities :
- Support Global Head of Partnership and Unsecured product with planning and implementing partnership development strategies
- Full end-to-end ownership and project management of the critical phases of the Deal Cycle (Strategy, Structuring, Negotiations, and Closure) including
- Creating a competitive commercial deal structure that maximizes the value of the opportunity and ensure alignment with the CPBB business objectives
- Maintain liaison between the Bank and the potential partner(s), during the Deal CycleCollaborate extensively across internal and external stakeholders both at the Group level and also at the Country level
- Lead partner negotiations and legal contract discussions / negotiations
- Build business models and financial projections and identify key risk issues
- Build business case documentations and engagement with internal and external stakeholder
- Lead representation in the Swarm onboarding and work closely with the tech teams
- Support in central project management to ensure timely project delivery
- Ensure bank’s governance, risk and compliances policies / processes are duly followed and adherent to for the partnerships.
