Quality Manager (GRC)

Job descriptionDrive proactive and agile Quality Management by maintaining and improving Quality Management System (QMS), tools, and documentation. Ensure QMS aligns with Integrated Management System (IMS), manage certification strategy, audits, and related processes. Conduct internal audits, coordinate certification audits, and manage audit findings, including root cause analysis and timely action completion. Maintain and enhance document and data management systems, instructional documentation, and oversee Quality KPIs and reporting. Support departments and leadership in achieving high-quality standards, client audits, management reviews, and identifying improvement areas. Promote QMS and certification awareness, fostering collaboration with sites, departments, and alignment with GRC and management systems teams. Contribute to strategic Quality projects, monitor updates in certification standards, and support team leadership in cultivating a positive team culture. Strong background in Quality Management and Management Systems, including relevant certifications.
