Senior Trade Finance Functional Business Analyst - OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD

Roles & Responsibilities

Business Analysis :

• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) in trade finance products including LCs, Standby LCs, Bank Guarantees, Receivables Finance, Supply Chain Finance , and Documentary Collections .
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Translate complex business needs into clear and detailed functional specifications or user stories.
• Conduct gap analysis between current systems and business requirements.
• Work closely with development teams and vendors to ensure accurate implementation of functional requirements.
• Conduct functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

In-depth functional knowledge of :

Letters of Credit (LCs) – Sight, Usance, SBLCs

Bank Guarantees – Financial and Performance

Receivables Finance / Factoring / Forfaiting

Supply Chain Finance / Payables Finance

Documentary Collections
