Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for a Consultant / Project Manager to join our Group Program Management Office in Singapore on a 2 years’ contract basis. This role will lead the delivery of strategic projects across Commercial (c. 70%) and Corporate (c. 30%). Projects span geographical expansion, distributor selection and appointments, channel entry, commercial excellence, and new product related initiatives, alongside general group corporate projects. This position involves both consulting and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Consulting :
- Problem Solving – Ability to identify issues, develop approaches, define viable solutions, and systematically test them to ensure practical applicability.
- Structured Data Gathering – Skilled at defining required data, proactive in sourcing and performing analysis for quality and completeness.
- Analytical Thinking & Insight Generation – Can synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into meaningful insights, not just raw analysis.
- Storytelling & Structured Communication – Ability to present findings in a clear, logical narrative, develop plans and define actions towards outcomes.
- Recommendation Development & Prioritisation – Can translate insights into actionable recommendations, prioritised by strategic alignment, impact and feasibility.
Project Management :
Scope & Requirements Management – Ability to define, control, and adjust scope while managing stakeholder expectations.Risk & Issue Management – Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.Stakeholder Engagement & Communication – Skilled at managing diverse stakeholders and maintaining alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Resource & Timeline Planning – Competent in scheduling, resource allocation, and managing dependencies.Governance & Reporting – Ability to adopt governance structures and deliver accurate, timely reporting to sponsors, including reflecting all project data in program management software.About You
Minimum undergraduate degree in Business or related field.5-10 years’ experience in Management Consulting.Proven track record in project management across commercial and corporate domains.Project Management Certification (or equivalent experience).Proactivity, autonomy, and an ownership‑oriented mindset.Strong problem‑solving mindset with ability to manage ambiguity.High emotional intelligence and stakeholder engagement capability.Ability to simplify complex information and tailor communication to diverse audiences.Understanding of P&L fundamentals and ability to communicate using relevant terminology.Excellence in Microsoft 365 suite, including Copilot; familiarity with Planview systems a plus.Additional Requirements / Working Conditions
