Job Responsibilities
Responsible for updating and maintaining of inventory
database.
Respond to delivery related enquiries and concerns from
customers.
Assist in inventory cycle count and
ensure accuracy in the reconciliation of any stock
discrepancies.
Prepare Delivery Orders (DOs),
Invoices, Purchase Orders (POs), Quotations, and other relevant
documents.
Provide proactive administrative
support to the sales team.
Respond promptly to
customer inquiries via email or phone, ensuring excellent customer
service.
Requirements :
Meticulous and organized
personality.
Good attitude and willingness to
learn.
Able to start work immediately is
preferred.

Minimum 'N' level
qualification.
Basic computer literacy
required.
