Position
Summary
The Strategic
Initiatives & Events Lead plays a critical role in supporting
the Managing Director in advancing the company's strategic
priorities, stakeholder engagements, and internal governance. This
position works across functions to coordinate high-impact projects,
executive communications, and special initiatives, while also
guiding and developing the Event Management team to achieve key
business targets. The role requires strong organizational,
analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage
sensitive information and navigate cross-functional collaboration
effectively.

Strategic Projects & Initiative
Support
key strategic initiatives and delegations, business development
efforts, and internal change programs across
departments.

Specifications
Education & Experience
Communications, or a related field.
of experience in project coordination, executive support, strategy
office, marketing, or consulting environment.
Experience working with senior leadership and managing
cross-functional stakeholders is a strong
advantage.

Proven experience in coordinating strategic initiatives from
conception to completion. PMP or similar certification is an
advantage.
