Engineering Manager - TECO ELECTRIC & MACHINERY (PTE.) LTD

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsiblities :

• Formulate strategy / initiative for us to defend & to grow
• Work with and support TEK, increase 4Ps activity
• Understands the current market dynamics, trend, opportunity
• Identities local gaps in portfolio, both against competition and new market opportunities
• Coordinates our TEK product roadmap and production strategy with EP & Global PM team
• Competitors analysis and argumentation into Perform SWOT & GE 9 cells to formulate action toacquire opportunity and measured to defend attack.
• Resulting breakthrough / bold move strategy as 2nd engine to our Jupiter – Strategy map
• Driving Sales efficiency by delivering appropriate knowledge information, providing training
• (Technical and Sales) for the regional Sales Team and encouraging collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
• Analyze and recommend strategies for improving the profitability of our product line
• Define the regional and local pricing guidelines in line with market positioning. (Coordinate with EP, Global PM team)
• Resulting in defending our GP and driving its growth.
