Our client is a tech solutions provider and they are seeking an Account Manager to drive account management and growth for their key accounts in APAC. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for strategic client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting profit targets through renewals, upsells, and account expansion. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across various regions.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute an account strategy to achieve business growth and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Manage a portfolio of local, regional, and global accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic matters.
- Maintain an accurate sales forecast and document all customer interactions in Salesforce.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and service optimization.
- Lead regular account reviews to ensure service delivery meets contractual expectations.
- Navigate complex client structures, including managing global escalation paths and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Compliance, Product, Finance, and Sales) to ensure a unified approach to client management.
- Coordinate and align with internal stakeholders across multiple regions (primarily APAC, with some collaboration in EMEA, US, and LATAM).
- Present confidently to senior and C-level stakeholders across diverse regions and cultures.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a client-facing account management or success role.Proven experience managing or working with multinational corporations (MNCs).Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.Highly developed consultative account management, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.Strong leadership, self-management, and results-oriented mindset.Superior problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging and influencing C-level executives.Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize tasks under pressure.Comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders across regions.What's On Offer
