Instructor

RESPONSIBILITIES

Teach and conduct coding, STEM and

technology-related projects for Pre-School & Primary School

students.

Develop and implement effective

teaching strategies : Work with teaching staff to develop and

implement effective teaching strategies that enhance student

engagement and learning outcomes.

Take up

teaching duties if the need arises : Take up teaching duties when

needed, including covering regular classes, holidays, and special

programs.

Develop close relationships with

students and parents to understand their needs and ensure that the

team delivers lessons that are up to expectations.

Collaborate with other departments : Work collaboratively

with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to teaching

and learning across Titan Tech

Academy.

SKILLS &

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferably a Diploma in an Information Technology,

Engineering, Mathematics or Science related field and

above.

Good programming background with a

positive learning attitude.

Should be

proficient in using Scratch and Python in teaching and curriculum

research.

Preferably some working experience

in teaching or as an instructor, with a focus on AI or Coding,

Robotics.

Work well in a small team setting or

individually.

Excellent communication and

interpersonal skills.

Required to work on work

on weekends.
