Your Role
Support the Manager in preparing reports, managing
documentation, and attending coordination meetings.
Lead a team of Design Coordinator, Architecture in
managing and coordinating architectural works in accordance with
project specifications, timelines, and quality
standards.
Liaise with consultants, clients,
and subcontractors to ensure proper interpretation and
implementation of architectural drawings and details.
Ensure compliance with local authority requirements,
codes of practice, and company standards.
Plan, organise and supervise production of construction
drawings including shop drawings submissions and
approvals
Provide technical support to the
site team and address discrepancies or design issues during
construction.
Monitor architectural progress
on-site and resolve coordination issues involving structural,
M&E, and ID trades.
Conduct site
inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet architectural
requirements.
Communicate clearly and
effectively in Chinese (Mandarin) with Chinese-speaking
subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure alignment on
project requirements and
expectations.
The
Requirements
Degree
in Architecture with minimum 8 years' relevant experience at
managerial level with a main construction firm
Knowledge of local submission and authority processes
(e.g., URA, BCA, or local equivalents).
Be
meticulous, highly motivated and independent with excellent team
spirit and interpersonal skills
Ability to
communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates
will be added advantage
