Senior BD / Sales Manager (Banking & Financial)

Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview :

The Associate Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth within the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) sector.

This individual will identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and close deals for IT services, digital transformation, and software solution offerings .

The role requires a strong blend of technical solution understanding and strategic sales acumen in the BFSI domain.

This is an individual contributor position with full ownership of the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute account plans , account mapping, and business growth strategies.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities within the banking and financial services sector .
• Lead proposal development, pricing, negotiation, contracting (MSA / SOW) , and deal closure.
• Collaborate with solution and delivery teams to craft tailored IT software and digital solutions that address client business needs.
• Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders , presenting Infosys’ value propositions and technology capabilities.
• Drive account mining , relationship management, and client retention initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities , and emerging digital opportunities within BFSI.
