Roles & Responsibilities
Job Scope
- Personal Care : Assisting residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting.
- Monitoring Health : Observing and recording vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Notifying the nurse or doctor about any changes in the resident's condition.
- Supportive Tasks : Helping with mobility, transferring patients from bed to wheelchair, and providing comfort.
