Roles & Responsibilities

Senior Captain (Semi Fine Dining)

• Working Hours : 5days (Split Shift) ; Kitchen close 3pm-6pm
• Location : Oasia Resort Sentosa Hotel / Somerset
• Salary : $2,750 to $3,200 (with AWS + Bonus + $4,000 Joining Bonus!) + OT Paid
• Prior F&B and wine knowledge will be an advantage
• Able to work split shift
• Able work on weekends / public holidays
