Roles & Responsibilities
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders (architects, interior designers, and main contractors), and driving sales growth for the large format slab (tile) product range.
Responsibilities
- Market Expansion : Identify and develop new business opportunities for large format slabs in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers to understand their project needs.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets, including pricing strategies and customer acquisition tactics.
- Project Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (marketing, fabrication, and installation) to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Industry Networking : Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to position the company as a market leader in large format slab solutions.
- Reporting & Analysis : Track sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to refine business strategies.
Requirements
Diploma in Sale, Marketing, or related studies.At least 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management within the building materials, interior design, or construction industry.Strong network within the architecture, design, or contractor community.Ability to manage multiple projects and negotiate contracts.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Tell employers what skills you have
