Job descriptionProactively engage in outdoor sales initiatives to secure new clients. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, with a focus on profit margins and revenue generation. Analyze market conditions, costs, competition, and supply-demand factors to optimize gross profit and adjust pricing strategies accordingly. Participate actively in contract negotiations, including discussions on pricing and terms & conditions with clients. Monitor and evaluate performance through daily reporting and conduct monthly review meetings to identify potential improvements. Identify and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and add value. Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Extensive market knowledge in Freight Forwarding and supply chain solutions, with a preference for expertise in specific industry verticals.
