Procurement Assistant

We are looking for a 6-month contract staff to cover maternity leave.

The role follows a 5.25-day work week (alternate Saturdays). Ideally, the candidate should have flexible availability, including the ability to work on Sundays if required. Totaling 44 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in basic procurement administrative tasks
• Handle purchase order (PO) and document creation
• Support permit declaration documentation and logistics arrangements
• Perform posting of purchase invoices in system
• Manage general admin work related to procurement operations
• Carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned
