Job descriptionMonitor work of contractors and workers Plan and deliver toolbox talks Coordinate with RE / RTO and Subcontractors on project matters Conduct inspection of building works and documented inspection records Monitor and report on project progress. Implementation of project operation to comply with ISO standard requirements, Any other related duties assigned by superior from time to time
Roles & Responsibilities
- Read, execute and maintain site master plan and schedule
- monitor projects plans, work hours and expenditures
- Interface with Structural, Architectural and M&E team on project plans and execute according to plans
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, architectural and engineering drawings
- To ensure compliance with Method of Statement and agreed sequence of work
Prepare & maintain proper record of necessary site documentation
