• Warmly welcome guests and provide a friendly first impression.
• Assist with luggage during check-in and check-out, ensuring safe transport and storage.
• Offer information and recommendations about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Address guest inquiries and arrange transportation and reservations.
• Coordinate special requests and maintain luggage storage organization.
• Ensure the lobby is clean and well-maintained, restocking supplies as needed.
• Accompany guests to rooms, demonstrating amenities and emergency procedures.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Communicate guest requests to relevant staff and monitor security.
• Be physically fit to lift heavy items and work in various weather conditions.
• Display excellent customer service, anticipate guest needs, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Assist with package delivery and perform additional duties as assigned.
