Job responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of fund management, including trade processing and reconciliation.
- Monitor fund performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers and other departments to optimize fund operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support the onboarding of new funds and manage fund transitions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in fund operations or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
