Job Description

Responsibilities

• Support business development prospecting byassistingwith cold calling for new prospects and leasing enquiries

• Assistwith market research and data collection to support the planning and execution of the intended trade mix

• Support the preparation of presentation materials and perform Excel data entry and basic analysis

• Assistwith administrative tasks asrequired

• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Business, RealEstate,or any other related disciplines

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Able to deliver worktimelyand accurately

• Demonstrates responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks

• Detail-oriented,meticulousand willing to learn
