RISE stands for Rapid & Immersive Skill Enhancement, and is designed to enhance employability, as well digitalize the SME landscape in Singapore, by building high-demand business and tech skills. Created by BCG U, RISE leverages BCG’s industry experts to deliver cutting edge content and experience to its participants. RISE is looking to bring on-board part-time trainers in one of the Digital programs. The trainer will play a leading role in developing, scaling up and delivering high quality training in reskilling and upskilling across Asia Pacific on core digital topics including Emerging Technologies, Design Thinking, Project & Change Management and Digital Transformation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and prepare training sessions in core areas with overall very high quality in class delivery, and act as mentor for students
• Inspire learners to persevere through the challenges of learning complex subjects
• Guide learners through development of a real-world projects in the sphere of digital transformation that will showcase their abilities and align project scope with clients
• Researching content and industry trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing

You bring:

• Minimum 7 years as a practitioner and trainer in digital transformation/emerging technologies/design thinking/project & change management/agile ways of working topics
• Must have: Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)/Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) Certification from Institute of Adult Learning (IAL)
• Preferred but not required: Based in Singapore or experience working in Singapore
