Job description
Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Profiling

  • Analyze and profile data from multiple source systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Tenable, SailPoint)
  • Identify data quality issues, anomalies, and patterns
  • Establish data baselines and document findings

Data Quality Testing

  • Design and develop comprehensive data quality (DQ) test cases
  • Define validation rules, thresholds, and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure data meets business and governance standards

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Build dashboards to monitor data quality metrics using Power BI
  • Set up alerting mechanisms for critical data issues
  • Generate daily/weekly reports on data quality performance
  • Maintain issue logs and track resolution

Collaboration

  • Work closely with data engineers to implement data quality checks
  • Partner with business stakeholders to validate rules and outputs
  • Support cross-functional teams in data-related initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or related roles
  • Strong SQL skills for data profiling and analysis
  • Hands-on experience with data quality validation and testing
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau)
  • Good understanding of statistical analysis concepts
  • Experience working with structured and semi-structured data
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis
  • Familiarity with data quality tools/frameworks
  • Exposure to enterprise systems like ServiceNow, Tenable, or SailPoint

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
