Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for friendly and service-oriented Waiters / Service Crew to join our team at Flora by the Sea. You will play a key role in delivering a warm and memorable dining experience for our guests in a beautiful seaside environment.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude
• Take orders accurately and serve food & beverages promptly
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set at all times
• Assist guests with menu recommendations
• Handle basic customer enquiries and feedback professionally
• Support daily operations (opening / closing duties)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

📌 Requirements

• No experience required (training provided) / experience is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays
• Basic English (Mandarin is a bonus)
