Role Description
As PMO for APAC Corporate team, you serve as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the Head of Corporate & GROW in APAC, ensuring the successful implementation of key growth initiatives, business excellence, and cross‑functional alignment. You will act as a strategic advisor and coordinate strategic initiatives for the Corporate Head, driving critical projects and enhancing decision‑making. The role requires a highly driven, structured, and execution‑focused professional who can drive projects, streamline matrix engagements internally and externally, and accelerate alignment with customers.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and moderate meetings, presentations and selected events.
- Support in development of content for various occasions such as roadshows, partner meetings and events and act as presenter and/or demo staff onsite.
- Support or lead strategic business initiatives aimed at improving collaboration between the different digital roles or process optimization to improve overall productivity, e.g. stalled pipeline revival, sales motions enhancements or opportunity qualification criteria.
- Work closely with the Corporate leadership team to orchestrate priorities, manage key initiatives, and collaborate with the market units and key partners to ensure efficient project management support and stakeholder management.
- Prepare different analyses and collect insights to accelerate informed decision‑making across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, matrix organizations and drive results through influence as well as direct ownership.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and executives, with strong judgment and political awareness in sensitive situations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and networking capabilities, with the ability to navigate and leverage cross‑functional teams.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset—structured, adaptable, proactive, and solution‑oriented.
- Collaborative, hands‑on working style with intercultural sensitivity and a team‑first approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal); proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to deliver high‑quality outcomes under pressure while managing large volumes of work and information.
- Good understanding of SAP’s strategy, organization, and the broader IT industry.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; additional certifications in Project Management, Leadership, or Strategy are a plus.
