About the Role:
We’re looking for a product operations specialist to empower our client’s users of their AI Assistants platform. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success—helping customers successfully build, deploy, and optimize AI-powered bots and agents.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, problem-solving, and translating complex AI concepts into simple, actionable guidance.
What You’ll Do:
· You will take an active role in designing and delivering interactive workshops and training sessions for customers
· Guide users on prompt engineering best practices and AI configurations
· Create repeatable learning materials (including playbooks, templates and demos)
· Act as the first point of contact for user queries (technical + non-technical)
· Troubleshoot issues such as AI hallucinations, poor outputs due to prompt design, latency or system issues
· Partner with Engineering to resolve bugs and improve system performance
· Translate customer issues into feature requests, product improvements, documentation gaps
· Advocate for users in product roadmap discussions
· You will own and scale the knowledge base (FAQs, guides, best practices)
· Improve onboarding flows for new users
· Ensure customers achieve value quickly and consistently
Qualifications:
· You should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, Information Systems, or related field
· You have a strong interest in AI, LLMs, and agent workflows, and is comfortable explaining concepts like prompt engineering, system prompts, temperature / model behavior, grounding / retrieval etc
· You have an exceptional ability to simplify complex ideas with your strong written and verbal communication skills
· Highly technical, you are able to diagnose whether an issue is prompt-related, data-related or system or technical-related
· You thrives in fast-moving environments, and is curious and proactive about emerging AI trends
