Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, responding to client enquiries, and general administrative tasks.
• Assist doctor during procedures including pre-treatment (eg, facial cleansing and application of numbing cream), during treatment, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms, equipment, and clinic premises.
• Handle inventory, including stock-taking and replenishment of products.

Requirements:

• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in aesthetics is an advantage.
• Fast learner with a willingness to learn.

Work Arrangement:

• 3 - 4 days per week.
• Flexible working hours.
• Competitive hourly rate ($14 - $19/hour, based on experience).
