Job Responsibilities

▪ Oversee daily execution of quantitative trading strategies in real time to manage risk and capitalise on opportunities.

▪ Respond to evolving market dynamics in fast-moving Asian markets.

▪ Work closely with quant researchers and technologists to optimise trading infrastructure and strategy performance.

▪ Partner with development, research, and infrastructure teams to ensure robust daily trading operations.

▪ Contribute to platform evolution by designing and deploying new tools and improvements.

Preferred Experience

▪ Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, Finance, or Economics.

▪ Experience in electronic or algorithmic trading environments.

▪ High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

▪ Strong initiative and adaptability — a proactive mindset for solving complex problems and thriving in change.
