Tech Lead (.NET & Angular)

Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive the design and development of complex, high-performance software solutions. This role involves leading technical architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring delivery quality across the full software lifecycle.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, system integration, and data teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-impact digital solutions.

• Job Type: Perm
• Salary Package: Up to $10,000 (basic) + performance bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Design and own solution and software architecture based on business and technical requirements
• Lead and mentor developers, ensuring high coding standards and best practices
• Conduct code reviews and approve pull requests
• Develop critical features using .NET and Angular technologies
• Ensure robustness of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Drive improvements in software development lifecycle and delivery efficiency
• Troubleshoot and lead resolution of production incidents and technical issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders including project managers and integration teams
• Support technical hiring through candidate assessments
• Provide effort estimation and technical planning for projects and change requests

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 8 years in software development and deployment
• Experience working on complex, large-scale systems
• Strong understanding of maintainable and scalable product development
• Prior Tech Lead experience is a plus (or readiness to step into a lead role)

Technical Skills

Frontend

• Strong in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Angular (v16+), AngularJS, and RxJS

Backend

• Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework (4.8+), and WCF

Data & APIs

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, Entity Framework

Database

• Proficient in SQL Server (query optimization, indexing, schema design)

Cloud & DevOps

• Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and IIS configuration

Visualization

• Experience building data-driven web applications (charts, dashboards, maps)

Cybersecurity

• Knowledge of security best practices (certifications are a plus)

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to mentor and lead technical teams
• Proven track record in accurate estimation and delivery
• Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
