Customer Service Coordinator (5 days + Alt. Sats work, Tuas)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Update inventory records and the location plan for moving the cars
• Communicate with the customer regarding daily order requests and local delivery, collection and event arrangements, and liaise with the controller to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Co-ordinate with the operations controller to arrange delivery and proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Possess Class 3 driving license
• Fresh graduates or those without relevant working experience are welcome to apply

The working hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Alternate Sat 8am-1230pm
