Entry Level - Laboratory Assistant (1 year Contract)

Roles & Responsibilities

• MNC Company

• Basic $1,800 - $2,200 + AWS + VB + Excellent Benefits

• Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression

• Location: Jurong Island (Company Transport provided)

• Working days: Monday to Friday

• Working hours: 8am to 4.30pm

• 80% Admin / 20% Lab Support (Testing)

Job Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties

• Scan, organize, and maintain laboratory documents and records

• Update and manage data logs, spreadsheets, and databases

• Sort and maintain instruction manuals and technical documents

• Perform filing and retrieval of records in line with company procedures

5S & Housekeeping

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab and office areas

• Follow and uphold 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)

• Dispose of laboratory waste according to safety and environmental guidelines

Laboratory Support

• Perform simple physical laboratory tests

• Accurately record and report test results

• Handle samples and materials properly and safely

• Assist lab technicians with routine tasks when required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Chemical related field

• Training provided for those without/with lesser experience
