Responsibilities

• Perform market research to understand the various industries
• Develop new clients and maintain existing clients with Asia region
• Understand clients' recruitment needs as well as to provide the necessary advices to clients if required
• Delivery of new positions brought in and communicate closely with the Consultant Team to ensure they understand the position's requirement for sourcing purpose
• Perform negotiation with clients as and when required
• Attend networking session as and when required

Requirements

• Candidate must be fluent in Japanese language proficiency in order to liaise with Japanese speaking clients
• Candidate with no relevant working experience will have full training provided and is welcome to apply
• Candidates with at least 2 years of sales/ customer service experience will have a distinct advantage
• Candidate who is flexible, adaptable to changes, willing to learn and improve, self-driven and a team player will have a distinct advantage
