Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and control all project documents (drawings, reports, contracts, etc.) in both digital and hard copy formats
  • Ensure proper document numbering, filing, and version control as per company and project standards
  • Maintain document control registers and track document status (issued, approved, revised)
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors for document submission and approvals
  • Ensure timely distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders
  • Monitor compliance with document control procedures and ISO standards
  • Archive completed project documents for future reference and audits
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, transmittals, emails)
  • Support project teams with accurate and up-to-date documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents
  • Assist in audits and ensure proper documentation for quality checks

Optional Add-ons (to strengthen your profile)

  • Experience with document management systems (Aconex, Procore, EDMS, SharePoint)
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 documentation procedures
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and PDF management
  • Good coordination and communication skills
