Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Private Butler to support a family office by managing daily household operations, personal wardrobe, travel preparation, and health support, ensuring seamless service and lifestyle management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily family routines and schedules to ensure smooth household operations
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and presentation of household spaces to uphold high hospitality standards
• Coordinate effectively with domestic staff and external service providers to deliver seamless service
• Organize and manage wardrobe and closet, including seasonal rotation and inventory tracking
• Coordinate wardrobe maintenance activities such as dry cleaning, tailoring, and purchases
• Pack and unpack luggage for all family members, preparing outfits and essentials for daily activities and events
• Prepare family members for travel by managing packing, checklists, and travel documentation
• Collaborate with assistants to coordinate travel logistics and accompany family on trips as required
• Ensure smooth setup of residences or hotels at travel destinations
• Manage and track medications, supplements, and schedules to support family health needs
• Coordinate with medical providers to address health-related requirements when necessary
• Handle day-to-day personal errands and tasks with discretion and efficiency
• Anticipate family needs and proactively resolve issues to enhance lifestyle management
• Organize and coordinate small gatherings and private events for the family

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proven experience as a private butler, household manager, or personal assistant in ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) or family office environments
• Experience supporting multi-location households is a strong advantage
• Flexibility and readiness for frequent international travel, including short-notice trips
