Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Training Admin to support a Structured Training Program for our client in the bank. This role is critical to ensuring the program remains compliant and well-coordinated through its completion. You will be the central point of contact for tracking progress, managing complex data, and coordinating essential program milestones for all eligible hires.
Contract period - 6 months
Key Responsibilities
* IBF Compliance & Data Management: Centralize, upload, and track all evidence required for IBF audit and reporting. You will oversee the documentation for hours of training, mentorship meetings, and department rotations for every eligible participant.
* Advanced Reporting: Maintain comprehensive trackers to monitor program completion rates. You will generate regular reports for stakeholders to ensure all milestones are met within the regulatory framework.
* Department Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the Training Department and various business units to schedule rotations and ensure mentorship sessions are conducted.
* Meeting Administration: Organize and facilitate program-related meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on timelines and deliverables.
* Administrative Support: Provide end-to-end support for the structured training lifecycle, from initial enrollment tracking to final evidence consolidation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Expert Excel Skills: You must be proficient in managing large datasets. VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas is essential for tracking and reporting accuracy.
* Operational Coordination: Proven experience in coordinating logistics across different departments or managing complex schedules.
* Administrative Precision: Exceptional attention to detail, specifically in maintaining audit-ready documentation and evidence logs.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with mentors, trainees, and department
This is a 6 month contract in the Central location.
