Senior Service Crews (Permanent)

Roles & Responsibilities

Details:

• Location: Novena, Yishun, Tanjong Pagar, Buona Vista
• 6 Days work week inclusive of weekends
• $2000 to $2400 + $10 allowance per day
• Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B
• Must possess valid food & hygiene certificate

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers professionally
• Take orders accurately (POS system / cashiering)
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and requests
• Serve food and drinks promptly
• Opening and closing duties
• Cash handling and daily sales reconciliation Restocking supplies, condiments, packaging, utensils
• Guide junior crew / new staff on procedures
• Monitor staff punctuality and grooming standards
• Help maintain smooth shift operations
