💼 Role: Reporting Analyst
We are looking for a proactive Reporting Analyst to support the Head of Datacenter Operations and global teams by managing reporting, administrative coordination, and operational governance activities. This role plays a key part in improving operational visibility, streamlining processes, and supporting financial and reporting functions across global datacenter operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals with strong organizational and reporting skills who are interested in building a career in IT operations and infrastructure support.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain regular operational reports (weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc) for leadership review.
Support financial tracking activities, including budgeting support, cost monitoring, and invoice coordination.
Coordinate cross-regional activities and meetings across APJ, Europe, and the Americas, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Maintain and update operational documentation, dashboards, and governance trackers (e.g., audits, compliance, action logs).
Consolidate data from multiple sources to generate insights and reports for management decision-making.
Assist n driving process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.
Support ad-hoc operational requests, audits, and management reporting requirements.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of all operational and financial data handled.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in operations support, reporting, administration, or similar roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business IT, or related fields.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and data presentation.
Basic understanding of financial concepts (budgeting, cost tracking, invoicing).
Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to work effectively with global and cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Preferred/Advantage
Exposure to IT operations, infrastructure, or datacenter environments.
Familiarity with reporting dashboards or data visualization tools.
Experience supporting global teams or multi-region operations.
Basic knowledge of process improvement or automation tools.
