Job Title: Admin Assistant (Cleaning Services)

Job Summary

As an Admin Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our daily operations—ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing, coordinating, and making things happen.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide general administrative support to the operations and management team

· Manage and maintain filing systems, records, and documentation (physical and digital)

· Prepare reports, invoices, quotations, and other business documents

· Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally

· Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and appointments

· Assist in procurement and inventory tracking for office and site supplies

· Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding documentation and attendance tracking

· Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow

· Maintain data accuracy in internal systems and reports

· Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

· O/A levels or Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related field

· 1–2years of administrative experience (fresh graduates may be considered)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Good communication and interpersonal abilities

· Attention to detail and ability to work independently

· Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Bonus if you have

· Experience in facility management, cleaning services, or service-based industries

· Familiarity with invoicing or basic accounting processes
