Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct outreach to schools and communities to promote awareness of family life education.
  • Engage and build relationships with stakeholders (e.g., school personnel, community partners, religious organisations) to identify parenting needs and recommend suitable programmes.
  • Plan, organise, promote, and provide logistical support for family life initiatives such as seminars, groupwork, and individual consultations.
  • Manage administrative tasks with attention to detail, including reporting, correspondence, and records management.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to support programmes held outside of regular office hours (e.g., evenings and weekends).
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma holder, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in programme coordination.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service will be an advantage.
  • Comfortable using technology, including virtual event platforms and social media.
  • Mature, responsible, and proactive in carrying out tasks.
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing work demands.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil will be an added advantage.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experienced in Zoom hosting.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and teamwork skills.
  • Good analytical and collaborative abilities.
  • Passionate about supporting couples and families.
