We are representing our client (3PL) seeking for a dynamic and commercially driven General Manager to lead and grow their contract logistics business (Warehousing and Distribution). This role will be responsible for end-to-end P&L ownership, overseeing both operations excellence and commercial development, while driving sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Own P&L & Strategy: Drive full business performance - set strategy, deliver revenue growth, and improve margins through cost control and efficiency initiatives.
- Lead Commercial Growth: Win new business and grow key accounts through solution-based selling, strong client relationships, and effective contract negotiation.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring high service levels, strong KPI performance (OTIF, productivity, cost), and continuous improvement.
- Manage Customers & Stakeholders: Act as senior point of contact for key clients and ensure alignment across internal stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality service
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in logistics / supply chain, with strong exposure to contract logistics
- Proven track record in both commercial (BD/sales) and operations leadership
- Demonstrated experience managing P&L and scaling logistics operations
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, solution design, and automation
- Experience in managing large team and site operations
