ROLE.


ROLE OVERVIEW


The Sales & Events Executive, Mandala Club directly to the Group Partnerships Director and is responsible for the logistic and the deployment of all events, and for ensuring events production is on brief, on budget and on time. Being the deployment of private events or the execution of the Fnb Programming, the individual plays a key role across the F&B Operations to help align all departments on Events Bookings and Events Orders management.

KEY OBJECTIVES & DELIVERABLES.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


FnB Event Management:


  • Managing events enquires and clients engagement
  • Being in charge of the S&E Operations Team daily to day tasks
  • Delivering performance management
  • Creating Events Briefs and deploying the events logistic and production.
  • Being the client contact on-the-ground, welcoming clients, supporting site visits.
  • Liaising with the Operational Management Team to set up the venue for events.
  • Maintaining Events Tracker to analyze bookings sources, revenue generation and production costs.
  • Being able to submit Measurement and Evaluation (M&E) for any project assigned.
  • Forming deep personal relationships with cross-departmental team to deliver on-brand events experiences.


Managing FnB Events Programming


  • Overseeing all aspects of the events in collaboration with relevant departments: event logistics, creating event orders, briefing FOH and BOH Operational team brief the team, supporting tracking RSVPs, answering guests’ queries, etc.
